    Wearing our heart on our sleeves is often thought as being open - transparent or even a bit easily conned but I guess that we are often fearful that if we let our guard down someone will take advantage of us We expose our inner being and we think we become very vulnerable.

    The Lord Jesus bared his soul and allowed his closest friends to get so close to Him ie The Passover - Breaking of the bread etc

    What do we do when we witness!!!! some would behave so radically that we could almost become a detective on the stalk with a gun shaped bible aimed at any likely candidate

    Folk will often regard it as a special event and force themselves to perform this duty

Sincerity and honesty

    Folk often make the attempt to hide behind the phrase "that's not me I just cant do that"

    There are many God given gifts and evangelising is one of them but we shouldn't think that just because we may not have that particular gift that we shouldn't express and show our love for the Lord to those folk we come across

    We should be able to allow the spirit of God to bubble out of us or overflow as the case may be

    Sharing our deepest and most vulnerable parts. Exposing the ways we have been blessed by God or carried by Him " laugh with those who laugh and cry with those who cry"

    Empathy A heart of flesh not a heart of stone

    Witnesses of faith Hebrews ch11 Be bold be faithful and be faith full

    Without faith you cannot please God We often speak of how faithful God really is (and He is of course) but we usually think of the times when we need food and clothing or when something special comes along But He is also faithful also when we allow other people to see our weaknesses and open ourselves up sometimes to ridicule sometimes to be overlooked in jobs sometimes to physical harm ) girl at Waikanie punched because she openly passed an opinion on drunken behaviour
