Procedure for Healing

Biblical Deliverance Ministries.

    This procedure is better used after going through the Questionnaire and deliverance procedure listed on the warfare studies page. We acknowledge that God alone is sovereign and it is He who chooses to heal or not to heal. We must be led of the  Holy Spirit to pray and this is only a pattern to help us cover all possibilities. Please remember there is a time for us to die and the only times in scripture where time was extended the end was worse than the beginning. However we can pray for healing within that time. God has invited us to pertition Him with our requests and to take hold of the promises He has made eg: Isaiah ch53 v5

Philippians ch2 v9-11

    Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place and gave Him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

    1/ Acknowledge God as sovereign. Place no demands upon Him and place no restrictions on Him either. He alone is mighty able to heal or action a miracle as He sees fit.

    2/ Ensure we are only working within God's will. Do not take one step without Him.

    3/ Seek the cleansing power of the Blood of Christ on the cross for ourselves. Ask God through the Lord Jesus Christ for His protection and direction. Be prepared to let the Holy Spirit have supreme control over all our thoughts, words and actions.

    4/ Claim the authority vested in us through the Scriptures.

        (a) Break curses.

    Galatians ch v13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree." He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.

    Matthew ch21 v21 " tell you the truth, if you have faith and do not doubt not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, 'Go throw yourself into the sea,' and it will be done. If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer."

        (b) Drive out demons.

    Luke ch 9 v1 He gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases, and He sent them out to preach the Kingdom of God and to heal the sick.

        (c) Heal the sick.

    Mark ch16 v17 And these signs will accompany those who believe: In My name, they will drive out demons; ............. they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.

    5/ Break the curses involved in this situation, ancestral, personal, situational, and those laid by others.

    All in the name of Jesus Christ and the power of His blood.

    6/ Drive out and away any spirits involved in actioning these curses. They are to be sent to the place that Jesus Christ designates for them.

    7/ Using the extended arms of Jesus through our arms, command the sickness by name to depart.

        (a) Designate the specific parts of the body where the body is to be renewed/rebuilt as God designed it to be.

        (b) Command the damaged unhealthy cells to be replaced by healthy ones. Specify muscles to be strengthened, bones to be mended, cartilages to be replaced, or organs to be rejuvenated as the Spirit leads and as is appropriate to the particular sickness.

    All in the name of Jesus Christ and the power of His blood.

    8/ Thank the Lord for His wonderful power and love.

    9/ Ask the Holy Spirit to pour Himself into the person, filling them to overflowing with His fruit.

    10/ Give all glory to the Sovereign God, the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.
